3. Description of Services
Sablecroft provides legal services in the areas of commercial arbitration, mediation and conciliation, and arbitration award enforcement in Malaysia. Services are provided subject to a separate engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees, and specific terms applicable to each instruction.
Nothing on this Website constitutes legal advice. The content provided is for general informational purposes only. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when an engagement letter has been signed by both parties.
Sablecroft reserves the right to decline any instruction at its sole discretion, including where a conflict of interest exists or where the matter falls outside the firm's area of practice.

5. User Accounts
This Website does not currently require account registration. Client matter management is conducted through direct engagement with Sablecroft's team. If account functionality is introduced in future, additional terms will apply and will be communicated at that time.

The Sablecroft name and associated marks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or communication without our express written permission.
7. Payment Terms
Fees for legal services are set out in individual engagement letters. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated. The following general terms apply:
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in the engagement letter
- Disbursements incurred on your behalf (filing fees, translation costs, courier charges, etc.) are billed at cost and are payable separately
- Work may be suspended where invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days, with prior notice to the client
- Refund terms for pre-paid retainers are specified in the applicable engagement letter
8. Service-Specific Terms
Commercial Arbitration: Representation is subject to the rules of the applicable arbitral institution (AIAC, ICC, or ad hoc). Scope changes arising from developments in the proceedings will be communicated and agreed before additional fees are incurred.
Mediation & Conciliation: Preparation and representation fees apply regardless of whether the mediation results in a settlement. Outcome is not within Sablecroft's control as the mediator determines process; the parties determine outcome.
Award Enforcement: Enforcement fees apply to the application and hearing process. Court filing fees and related disbursements are billed separately. Sablecroft does not warrant a particular outcome in enforcement proceedings.
9. Disclaimers
This Website and its Content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sablecroft makes no representation that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
